I have been working in various areas of Nursing since 2009.
Through my extensive working experience in the Nursing Industry, I have gained a lot of insight into the complexity of this profession.
Therefore, I am convinced that no "one-size-fits-all" but always an individual, tailor-made approach should be implemented:
Only in this way patients, clients and nursing staff can benefit optimally - and above all - sustainably.
Shiela Mai Doroja:
I am 30 years old and was born and raised in the small town of Calbayog City in the Philippines.
After completing my Bachelor of Science in the field of nursing, the opportunity to work as a nurse in Germany presented itself to me in 2017.
Since then, it has been a matter close to my heart to offer this chance to other colleagues from my home country as well - and to support them comprehensively on their career path.
To fulfill this important purpose, I run an online language school to help nurses learn the German language as early as possible.
