Candidate search
Of course, the first step we take is the targeted search for candidates. Since many Filipino nurses are interested in working in Germany, this search typically takes less than 6 weeks.
SCREENING
Selection process
As the nursing degree is standardized in the Philippines, it is fortunately also recognized in Germany. However, during the selection process, we check if all necessary documents are available and start conducting the first interviews.
LANGUAGE SCHOOL
After the language certificate
For our nursing staff to be able to perform their work for you in the best possible way, they need to have a comprehensive knowledge of the German language (certified language level B2). The achievement of this goal usually takes 6 - 8 months. Upon request, we can assist in finding a suitable language school - in addition, Ms. Doroja runs her own online language school.
START OF EMPLOYMENT
Entry to Germany
In most cases, our nursing staff can start working immediately after entering Germany. However, if this is not the case - depending on the federal state – our care personnel must complete their recognition at the employer's premises. This usually takes between 1 and 6 months.
In many cases, the start of employment can be arranged more quickly if the necessary
prerequisites have already been fulfilled completely - or to a large extent - in advance.
